Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a 2- or 4-year college degree.
• You must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and urine drug screening.
• Two to five years of sales experience in a performance-driven environment is preferred; meeting revenue targets is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sells international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, itineraries, air, car, and hotel.
• Develops long-standing relationships with members and builds referral and repeat business.
• Makes recommendations to tailor trips to members' expectations and cross-sell related products.
• Support training and achieve sales goals through up-selling and customer service excellence.
