Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is hiring a remote Retail Travel Agent to craft domestic and international itineraries, convert first-time clients into loyal travelers, and build lasting relationships. You will use your travel experiences to guide customers, promote AAA benefits, and meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail travel experience, excellent communication, and CTA certification within two years. Training, incentives, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or travel school preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year of retail travel experience preferred.
• CTA certification within two years; company funds the program and testing.

Responsibilities

• Craft domestic and international travel itineraries including cruises, tours, flights, hotels.
• Leverage personal travel experiences to inspire clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and promote loyalty.
• Process bookings, payments, and travel documents following ARC/DOT/AAA rules.
• Educate clients on AAA benefits and exclusive perks.
• Attend training and familiarization trips to stay current.
