Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience preferred.
• Experience managing sales teams preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
• Valid Florida Real Estate License required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets and close daily transactions.
• Assist in personnel selection and development.
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Adhere to and administer sales policies ethically.
• Lead training, evaluate performance, and monitor goals of direct reports.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and recruit future sales associates.
• Possibly deliver group sales presentations.
