Job summary

RenewaSkin Spa is seeking a Traveling Sales Manager to support multiple spa locations across the U.S. in a client-facing, travel-heavy role within a luxury aesthetics and wellness brand.

You will drive revenue by upselling services and packages, collaborate with estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership, and maintain a premium client experience aligned with our brand image. This role offers base pay plus commission, a company car and travel coverage, and accommodations

• Experience in sales, client relations, or high-value service environments.
• Comfortable working toward daily and individual sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage spa guests and guide them through premium treatments and skincare options.
• Drive revenue through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling of services and packages.
• Collaborate with on-site teams such as estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership.
• Support assigned spa locations based on business needs and performance goals.
• Maintain daily sales focus while adapting quickly to new teams and environments.
