Job summary

RenewaSkin Spa seeks a Traveling Sales Manager to drive luxury aesthetic treatment sales across multiple spa locations. The role focuses on relationship-building, consultative selling, and meeting daily sales goals while coordinating with on-site teams to ensure a premium guest experience.

The position offers travel to various locations with all travel arrangements coordinated in advance and a base pay with commission incentives, reflecting a performance-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Background in high-ticket or consultative sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
• Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, and aesthetics.
• Open and flexible when it comes to travel and short-notice assignments.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable working as a W9/1099 independent contractor, with responsibility for personal taxes.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell luxury aesthetic treatments, memberships, and skincare solutions.
• Consistently achieve individual daily sales goals while supporting team-wide targets.
• Establish trust and long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling.
• Work closely with estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Transition smoothly between spa locations while maintaining professionalism and performance standards.
