Job summary

RenewaSkin Spa in Coppell, TX seeks a dynamic Traveling Sales Manager to support multiple luxury spa locations nationwide. You will drive revenue, build client relationships, and work with on-site teams to hit sales targets while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-ticket or consultative sales in beauty, wellness, or luxury services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-facing presence.
• Results-driven with comfort in performance-based roles and KPIs.
• Flexible and adaptable to frequent travel and changing team environments.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with being a W9/1099 independent contractor, responsible for own taxes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling of aesthetic treatments and premium skincare packages.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, providing personalized service that encourages repeat visits.
• Collaborate with estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and on-site sales supervisors to achieve team and individual sales goals.
• Travel to assigned spa locations as needed while maintaining consistent performance and professionalism.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to continuously improve sales and service skills.
