Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting through close and onboarding support
• Generate new pipeline through outbound outreach, social channels, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client objectives, pain points, and decision criteria
• Develop solution recommendations in partnership with internal stakeholders and support implementation
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements while maintaining a client-first experience
• Use CRM to manage pipeline, record activity, and capture client feedback
• Analyze sales activity and market signals to identify trends, gaps, and actionable recommendations
• Conduct market research on target industries to inform prospecting and messaging
• Represent the business at industry events and client meetings to expand relationships and generate leads
• Support operational initiatives and training while modeling a high-integrity, inclusive team culture
