Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice RT program seeks experienced Respiratory Therapists for mobile staffing across the health system. Join flexible, premium-pay assignments nationwide or regionally, with opportunities to travel and Per Diem options.

You will float across hospital locations, follow standards per AARC guidelines, and collaborate with care teams to support patient outcomes while embracing new responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Graduate of a two-year advanced practitioner accredited Respiratory Therapist program; registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential and valid state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital locations/regions as needed.
• Follow AARC guidelines and professional practice standards.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience.
