Job summary

Trinity Health’s FirstChoice RT staffing program offers premium compensation and maximum scheduling flexibility for experienced Respiratory Therapists. Positions involve floating across hospital locations within the Mercy One Clinton Medical Center system, with regional opportunities nationwide.

The role requires a current RRT credential, a valid state license where applicable, and at least two years of RT experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Graduate of a two-year Advanced Practitioner - Accredited Respiratory Therapist program: Registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential.
• Valid State License in Respiratory Care if required in the state you are working.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with patients, physicians, and health personnel.
• Analytical skills to identify patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as required.
• Follow AARC guidelines and professional standards.
• Act independently with appropriate delegation and decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
