Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice RT staffing program seeks experienced Respiratory Therapists for mobile, short- and long-term assignments across the system, offering premium compensation and maximum scheduling flexibility. You may float across hospital locations and regions, embracing new settings and patient care challenges.

Starting ASAP with 3x12 day shifts, the role pays $32.22–$35.00 per hour plus a tax-free allowance, or $60 per hour for local work; travel and per diem options, licensing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Graduate of a two-year accredited Respiratory Therapist program; registry eligible.
• Current RRT credential and state license if required.
• Strong communication with patients, physicians and staff.
• Analytical skills to assess patient needs.
• Basic computer skills in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Adhere to AARC guidelines and professional standards.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
