Job summary

Bestica is seeking a travel Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week assignment in San Diego, CA. The position starts November 9, 2026 and offers nights—three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Candidates must have at least 1 year in Level IV NICU or Level I Trauma, California RCP license, NBRC RRT, and AHA BLS/PALS/NRP, with experience on ventilators, tracheostomies, suctioning, and oxygen therapy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Level IV NICU or Level I Trauma facility.
• Strong pediatric critical care skills; must be able to work across at least 2 of these areas: Level IV NICU, PICU, and CTICU.
• Active California RCP license.
• NBRC RRT certification.
• AHA BLS, PALS, and Advanced NRP required.
• Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, suctioning, and oxygen therapy.
