Bestica Inc. is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a Spokane, Washington assignment. You will work 3x12‑hour night shifts on a block schedule, floating between units as needed, with a 13‑week duration.

Requirements include 2+ years RRT experience, RRT certification and WA license, BLS (ACLS/PALS preferred), and ventilator management experience. Pediatric experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of RRT experience.
• RRT certification and Washington State license.
• BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Experience with ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, airway management, ABGs, and oxygen therapy.
• Pediatric and adolescent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and assessments.
• Manage ventilators and airway devices.
• Work across units including ICU, ER, and floor care as needed.
• Maintain block schedule with 3x12h night shifts.
• Float between units and cover shifts as required.
• Participate in rapid response and code situations when needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of RRT experience

• Experience with ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, airway management, tracheostomy care, ABGs, and oxygen therapy
• Pediatric and adolescent experience preferred

Additional Details:

• Level I trauma experience preferred
• Teaching hospital experience preferred
• Floats between units, including floor care, ER, code response, and rapid response
• Every other weekend required
• No call required
• Block scheduling required
• First-time travelers accepted
• 644 licensed beds; Level IV NICU, PICU, Medical ICU, and Cardiac ICU
