Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift at a Level II Trauma Center in Spokane, WA. Active Washington license and a minimum of two years' experience are required.

The role involves ventilator management, airway support, ABG interpretation, and medication delivery across ER, floors, and pediatric units. Epic EMR experience is required; benefits include housing allowances and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RRT license in hand at submission.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• BLS and RRT certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• Teaching hospital experience preferred.
• Trauma Level I experience preferred.
• Ventilator management and ABG interpretation experience.
• Experience with medication delivery systems and neb/sal def.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years are required.
• Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Night shift 19:00–07:00, 3x12 hour shifts.
• Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy care including ventilation and airway management.
• Assist in code response and rapid actions.
• Float between units as needed within the region.
• No on-call required.
• Use Epic charting system for documentation.
• Support trauma and pediatric units as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and documentation standards.
