Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night shift assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role requires critical care experience, BLS and PALS certifications, and WI licensure in hand prior to start date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Current critical care experience required, or has worked in critical care within the last 12 months.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• PALS certification required (AHA).
• ACLS certification preferred (AHA).
• NRP certification optional (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics).
• WI license required in hand prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in a CCU/ICU setting.
• Work 12-hour night shifts (3x12s).
• May float onsite within 40 miles as needed.
• Use Epic EMR for documentation.
• Manage heavy workload and prioritise patient care.
