Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for the Vascular Stepdown/IMCU unit on a 14-week assignment. This position is first (days) shift with a $70.00/hr pay rate.

The 9 Kaufman unit features vascular surgeries, telemetry, and transplant patients; nurses work 1:4 (sometimes 1:5) and collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and support staff to provide high-quality patient care while pursuing PCCN certification with Sentara's support.

Qualifications

• Associates, Bachelors, Masters, or diploma in Nursing required.
• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing.
• ACLS preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for vascular IMCU patients with telemetry monitoring.
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
