Job summary

Legacy Health invites experienced RNs to join our team as Vascular Access Nurses. You will deliver high-quality patient care across Legacy Health sites, providing expertise in IV placement and central venous access while collaborating with physicians, nurses and families.

BSN preferred, RN licensure required, and relocation assistance is available for eligible new Legacy hires. This role supports inpatient and outpatient settings with travel between sites.

Qualifications

• BSN strongly preferred; may be required for specific assignments.
• One year RN experience or completion of Legacy RN Residency or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of peripheral IV placement and central venous access devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within an assigned department/unit as part of the health care team.
• Assess, analyze, plan, implement and evaluate care per Legacy standards.
• Consult on vascular access devices and manage IV access including PICCs and ports.
• Educate patients and families; support inpatient and outpatient service areas.
