Job summary

Sanford Fargo seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and the health-care team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The RN will care for patients across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, and will coordinate care, assess patients, educate them, triage, and carry out various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in state of practice and/or multistate licensure.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Maintain competency within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards.
