Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments based in Fargo, ND, delivering individualized nursing care across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up. The role emphasizes patient education, triage and coordination of care within the full scope of nursing practice.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license (state or multistate) and is prepared to meet department competencies and certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice or multistate licensure (NLC).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized care.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess patients, provide education, triage and other nursing interventions.
