Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized patient care using the nursing process and to collaborate with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate care across the continuum.

The RN will perform patient assessment, planning, triage, and education while adhering to the Nurse Practice Act and standards of practice. Requires accredited program completion and an unencumbered RN license; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the practice state.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care; conduct education and triage as needed.
• Care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
