Sanford Med Ctr Fargo is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the full scope of nursing practice.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, an unencumbered RN license, and ongoing competency maintenance. A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred, with emphasis on patient education and care

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and applicable state regulations.
