Solutions By Sanford seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process across diverse patient populations in Fargo, ND. You will collaborate with physicians and a broader care team to plan, implement, and evaluate care in alignment with established standards and the Nurse Practice Act.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree and an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice (or multistate license).
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Plan and coordinate care, assess patients, and provide education and triage as needed.
• Deliver care within the scope and standards of nursing practice and adhere to professional ethics.
