The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients in Fargo, ND as part of Sanford Med Ctr Fargo travel assignments. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care across the continuum.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and an unencumbered RN license; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license.
• Possesses or will obtain required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams.
• Plan and coordinate care, patient assessment and education.
• Perform triage and various nursing interventions.
