Job summary

The role involves coordinating inter-hospital transfers, managing multiple cases per shift, and using Cerner, TeleTracking, Tiger Connect, and Google apps. 12-hour shifts with varied weekends and holiday coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• Current certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS.
• Minimum 2 years ICU/ED/transfer center experience.
• Acute care experience required.
• Strong computer skills with Cerner or Epic experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports Transfer Center with patient transfers between hospitals.
• Manages 12 cases per shift, handling 10–15 cases at once.
• Uses Cerner EMR, TeleTracking bed management, Tiger Connect, Google apps.
• Works 12-hour shifts with 1445 start time and rotating weekends.
• May be required to work holidays and may float when needed.
