Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Travel RN specializing in Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, WV. The role requires 2 years of nursing experience, BLS/ACLS, and prior travel nursing experience. Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a 1:6 nurse-patient ratio on the telemetry unit.

The candidate will manage cardiac and respiratory patient care, titrate drips, and collaborate with charge nurses and therapists to ensure high-quality care on this busy unit.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must have previous travel nursing experience.
• Experience in Med-Surg, Telemetry, Critical Drips, and Trach Care.
• Nurse on unit with 1:6 nurse-patient ratio.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the telemetry unit and monitor vital signs.
• Titrate drips including Heparin, Cardizem, Lasix, Dopamine, and Amiodarone.
• Care for adults and geriatrics with respiratory and cardiac diagnoses.
• Coordinate with charge nurses and respiratory therapy for patient needs.
