Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN for a Heart & Vascular Recovery night shift in Saint Louis, Missouri. Requires 2+ years of stepdown/ICU cardiac experience and MO or compact RN licensure. Night shift, 3x12s, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekend rotations and no on-call duties.

At least 2 years of stepdown/ICU cardiac care, cardiac rhythm proficiency, and TR bands experience preferred. Local candidates within 50 miles may have a reduced bill rate.

Qualifications

• Active RN license eligible for licensure in Missouri or currently licensed in Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required.
• Minimum 2 years of stepdown/ICU cardiac experience required.
• Cardiac rhythm proficiency and ability to identify cardiac emergencies required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process for all age groups.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional accountability and evaluate care provided by team members.
• Support facility policies, including flu vaccination requirements for travelers.
