Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse to join a 13-week assignment in Springfield, IL. The role requires RN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and 1–2 years of acute care experience.

You will work 48 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, providing direct bedside care and monitoring telemetry equipment. As a Telemetry RN, you will interpret data from monitors, document findings, and alert the medical team to any irregularities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of acute care experience required
• Current RN license in good standing
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIH certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor telemetry equipment
• Interpret and document telemetry readings and vital signs
• Identify abnormal readings and alert the medical team
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data
