Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week Travel assignment in Plymouth, MA. You will work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) on a 49-bed telemetry unit, providing direct patient care to adults and geriatrics, with guaranteed weekly pay and structured orientation.

Requirements include MA RN license, telemetry/M/S experience, BLS/ACLS (AHABLS noted), and a pre-employment assessment. Assignment starts Nov 16, 2026, with biweekly orientation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing at submission.
• Current telemetry experience; Med/Surg experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; AHABLS certification noted in job requirements.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a hospital telemetry unit.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the assignment facility (no local travelers).
• Pass/Fail testing required prior to acceptance (ECG/telemetry and medication administration), with a proctored session via Zoom scheduled within 48 hours of tentative offer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients on a telemetry-enabled general medical/surgical unit.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry, and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including documentation in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans; coordinate discharges and referrals as appropriate.
• Provide patient and family education; assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met, participate in unit-based quality initiatives, and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
