Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Tier 3 System Flex Team Traveler Registered Nurse (RN) to float across multiple facilities within the system, providing patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role requires adherence to standards of practice and continuous improvement.

The RN will assess patients, plan and deliver personalized care, and maintain licensure and certifications, while supporting system goals. Travel to multiple markets is expected.

Qualifications

• One year as a Registered Nurse, minimum with nursing experience in specialty
• 4-5 years as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
• 1-2 years as a Travel Nurse (preferred)
• Ability to function in multiple levels of care (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Float to assigned sites within the Bon Secours Mercy Health System outside of home market
• Conduct individualized patient assessments and plan of care
• Deliver care with age- and culturally-appropriate considerations
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain active eNLC RN licensure and required certifications
