Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Tier 3 System Flex Team traveler Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts across multiple sites within the system. The role focuses on patient care via the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to promote and restore health.

Required are an active RN license, BLS certification, and healthcare credentials. Associate degree is required, BSN preferred; EPIC EHR experience is a plus. Travel between facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in state of practice (required).
• BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (required).
• Additional required credentials specific to the nurse specialty and as designated by Bon Secours Mercy Health (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care promoting and restoring health through the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Supervise assigned team members as assigned.
• Use EPIC EHR and follow patient care standards.
