Soliant is seeking a Travel RN specialized in Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to work in Greensboro, North Carolina. You will provide expert nursing care for patients transitioning from ICU to lower-acuity settings, under dynamic leadership, while embracing new environments and teams.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year Stepdown/PCU experience, and ACLS/BLS certifications. Flexible start dates, rotating evenings, and weekends are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing.
Minimum of one year recent Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit experience.
ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association preferred).
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care for patients with complex or acute conditions transitioning from ICU to lower-acuity settings.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate in multidisciplinary care teams.
Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and transition processes.
Document assessments and patient progress accurately and timely.
