Soliant is seeking a Travel RN for Greensboro, NC in a Stepdown/PCU environment. Requires nursing degree and active RN license with 1+ year PCU/Stepdown experience, BLS/ACLS, and strong teamwork.
You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor vitals, administer meds, educate patients and families, and enjoy travel benefits such as housing and meal stipends, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k).
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing.
- At least 1 year of recent Stepdown/PCU experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex cases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care to adults requiring close monitoring in a PCU or Stepdown environment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participating in care planning and execution.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, EKG rhythms, and respond appropriately.
- Administer medications and interventions safely and efficiently.
- Provide patient and family education, ensuring comprehension of care plans and discharge instructions.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy.
