Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown in Omaha, Nebraska. The role requires strong critical care skills, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certification, and an active RN license. The position offers a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour nights.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of step-down or ICU experience, permit to work within a 50-mile radius, and flexibility to float to related units. Travel benefits include housing options and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 2 years of step-down/critical care experience.
• Active RN licensure to submit is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down RN care in a fast-paced unit.
• Monitor and titrate cardiac, nephrology, stroke, and related therapies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Titrate drips and medications as ordered and document care.
