Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN - Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Morgantown, West Virginia. The unit will serve both floor and step-down patients with 29 beds and a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Must have EPIC experience, RN license, and BLS certification; experience in stepdown/med-surg is preferred. Travel benefits include housing and meal allowances, with 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• EPIC experience required for the RN role.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Registered Nurse license must be active.
• Experience in stepdown and med-surg preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care with 6-patient med-surg or 3-patient step-down ratios.
• Titrate drips per physician orders (Heparin, insulin, anti-hypertensives, analgesics).
• Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors on duty.
• Work with Clinical Associates to ensure patient care quality.
• Monitor patients via Phillips telemetry from a remote center.
