You will deliver step-down level care for patients transitioning from ICU or post-surgical recovery and monitor for early signs of deterioration with prompts to escalate when needed. The orientation is two days, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN license or active compact state license
• ACLS and BLS (AHA) certification required
• 1+ years of recent stepdown, ICU, or telemetry experience
• 2 references, drug test, and background check before start date
• 2-day orientation; extension possible at end of contract

Responsibilities

• Deliver step-down level care for patients transitioning from ICU or post-surgical recovery
• Monitor closely for early signs of deterioration and escalate when needed
