Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel Nurse RN in the Stepdown specialty for a travel assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The role requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts over a 13-week duration starting 10/23/2026.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and BLS certification, with at least 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience. Client facilities determine additional requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step - down setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collects and interprets health data and documents nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Documents the plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Initiates and evaluates patient and/or family education.
• Revises and documents the plan of care according to evaluation and medical changes.
