Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Step-Down/Telemetry unit in the United States. The role requires a PA or Compact license, 2 years of RN experience, and rotating shifts. Assignment spans 13 weeks with 3x12 hour days/nights and weekend requirements.

Expect Cerner EMR experience, patient- monitoring and telemetry duties, and the need to handle cardiovascular and respiratory care. Lodging and meals stipends are provided; first-time travelers welcome.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (PA or Compact) in hand.
• Current BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in step-down/telemetry.
• Cerner charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Step-Down/Telemetry.
• Monitor cardiovascular, neurological, renal conditions.
• Administer meds and manage drips; respond to emergencies.
• Work rotating day/night shifts and every other weekend.
