Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care in Plano, TX. This 13-week travel assignment offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, and an opportunity to impact patients’ recovery from anesthesia.

Required: 1 year of Pre/Post-Op RN experience, valid RN license, and BLS. Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications. Join our dedicated clinical team and enjoy competitive pay and benefits during your travel assignment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Pre/Post-Op RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess pre-operative patients and review medical histories.
• Prepare patients for surgery and educate on procedures and post-operative care.
• Monitor post-operative patients for complications and manage pain.
