Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for part-time assignments across the health system, nationally and regionally. RNs float to multiple locations and adhere to standard nursing practices while ensuring quality outcomes.

Eligible candidates have RN licensure, varying years of clinical experience by specialty, and current credentials per specialty (ACLS, TNCC, etc.).

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations and/or regions.
• Applies standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Acts independently within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area.
