Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN - Labor and Delivery in Dallas, TX. The role is a 13-week assignment, 36 hours weekly, with 12-hour day shifts on a Labor & Delivery Post Partum floor. Requires active RN license, NRP and BLS, and Mother/Baby experience; NICU/postpartum experience is a plus.

The position offers travel benefits, private housing options, and comprehensive benefits. Float and weekend rotation may apply as part of staffing.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license; Certifications include Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS); experience in Mother/Baby nursing is required.
• NICU/postpartum experience is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide postpartum/L&D care to mothers and newborns on the unit.
• Support lactation and breastfeeding processes and patient education.
