Job summary
Cross Country Nurses in Tyler, Texas is seeking a travel nurse RN for Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment, 48 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts.
Valid RN license (state or compact) with 2+ years in L&D, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Epic charting required; LDRP and charge nurse experience preferred; trauma obstetric experience a plus.
Onboarding includes orientation, with housing options, health insurance, travel reimbursement, and 401(k) benefits.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (state or compact) at submission.
- ACLS, BLS, NRP certifications required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in labor and delivery.
- Epic charting system experience required.
- LDRP experience preferred; charge nurse experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of high-risk obstetrics and neonatal care.
Responsibilities
- Provide obstetric care and manage high-risk deliveries.
- Assist with procedures and coordinate neonatal/maternal care.
- Support interdisciplinary teams and ensure patient-centered care.
