Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced PICU RN for a night shift assignment in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate holds an active MA RN license with current BLS and PALS certifications, and has at least 2 years of PICU experience in a high-acuity setting.

Epic EMR experience and prior travel nursing are required, with 2 references from different facilities. The role features a 4x12 night schedule (7:00 PM–7:30 AM), every-other-weekend shifts, and potential housing/travel subsidies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU RN experience
• Current BLS and PALS certifications (AHA only)
• Active MA RN license required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• 2 verified professional references from 2 of the last 3 places worked, each from different facilities

Responsibilities

• Work in the Pediatric ICU (PICU) of a hospital setting
• Night shift, 4x12 hours (7:0 PM-7:30 AM)
• Schedule follows a 50/50 rotation of 7p/7a (9 days/9 nights), straight nights also accepted
• Every other weekend required
• Float required as needed to other ICUs (MICU, NICU, CICU)
• Uses Epic EMR
• Must be willing to work winter holidays
• First-time travelers are not accepted for this position
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate within 50 miles of the facility
