Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Telemetry PCU/Nurse step-down care in Barberton, Ohio. The assignment runs 13 weeks with a 12-hour night shift, 36 hours per week, and a travel employment type.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with at least 18 months in Acute Care PCU/Step-down settings. Additional client-specific requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience required.
• Other client facility requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients requiring close monitoring; intervene for changes in vital signs.
• Utilize monitoring equipment to detect life-threatening situations and respond promptly.
