Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Travel PCU/Telemetry role in Virginia. This assignment features Nights (7p-7a), 36 hours per week across a 13-week period, with Floats across inpatient units and duties including ECG monitoring, neuro checks, and telemetry interpretation.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of PCU/Progressive Care experience, an active VA or compact RN license, and must hold BLS/ACLS with NIHSS certifications. EPIC EMR experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 1-2 years of PCU/Progressive Care experience.
• VA or compact RN license required.
• CPR and telemetry competencies required.

Responsibilities

• Float across PCU/Telemetry, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry, and Surgical/Orthopedic units as needed.
• Monitor telemetry, interpret rhythms, and escalate clinical changes.
• Provide high-quality, safe care across inpatient units.
