Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for a PCU Telemetry rotation with night shifts (19:00–07:00) and float responsibilities across ED, Med‑Surg, Telemetry, and PCU/Stepdown units.

Requires 2 years RN experience, active GA or Compact license, BLS/ACLS, and Epic charting experience. Travel pay includes weekly stipends; local candidates receive a lower rate. This assignment emphasizes flexibility, patient acuity, and adherence to facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Active GA or Compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
• First-time travelers not accepted for this unit.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and ICU/ED settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple hospital units as part of the float pool.
• Manage cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration responsibilities.
• Perform IV therapy and central/peripheral line care as needed.
• Float throughout the facility within scope of practice, including ED.
• Support night-shift schedule and participate in holiday coverage as needed.
