Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a travel RN to cover a 13-week Stepdown assignment in Chattanooga, TN. You will join a dedicated clinical team providing care transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets patient status and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Prepares equipment and assists with cardiac-related procedures.
• Maintains patient comfort and safety.
• Documents patient conditions and responses.
• Responds to life-threatening situations per cardiac protocols.
• Coordinates with the care team for telemetry patient care.
