Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a travel RN for the PCU in Clarkston, WA. This 13-week assignment features 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and an emphasis on cardiac telemetry care as patients transition from ICU to step-down units.

The role requires a Stepdown RN with current license, BLS and ACLS, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a travel setting. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments, focusing on cardiac care.
• Aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients.
• Notifies supervisor or physician of patient status and response to interventions.
• Responds to life-saving situations per cardiac protocols.
