TotalMed RN is seeking a PCU Travel Nurse in Oxnard, CA for a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week. The role includes 12-hour rotating shifts and requires 1–2 years of acute care experience. Start date 12/07/2026.

PCU RNs monitor cardiac and vital signs, administer medications, and respond to changes in patient condition. ACLS/BLS/NIH certifications are required or may be required before starting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS required; NIH certification may be required before assignment.
• PCU travel nursing assignment in Oxnard, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care; stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medications, reporting adverse reactions.
