Cross Country Nurses in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment with 36 hours/week, 12-hour nights.

The RN will deliver high-quality care, perform assessments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. The RN may supervise licensed staff, lead discharge planning, and educate patients. BLS/ACLS required; ICU experience preferred; float rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid BLS certification prior to first shift.
• ACLS certification prior to first shift.
• Minimum of two years bedside hospital experience, including ICU.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and patient assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants; orient new staff.
