Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN to join the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Spokane, Washington. The RN will deliver specialized nursing care to adult PCU patients, perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced travel assignment.

This role requires night shifts (12 hours), a minimum of 36 hours per week, and a start date of 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks, with possible extensions.

Qualifications

• Valid state license (compact license accepted), at least one year of clinical experience, current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with blood product administration, central line care, telemetry, and dysrhythmia interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to PCU adult patients, including assessment, medication administration, and care coordination.
• Respond to scheduling needs; may float between units and nearby facilities.
