Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Melbourne, FL. You will care for patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical units, monitor telemetry, administer therapies, and coordinate with physicians and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current RN license in Florida.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and vital signs; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing standards.
• Assist with cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for safe patient care.
